Booking service offer

To facilitate your accommodation in Lyon during the Novatech 2010 conference and to obtain preferential rates, we have established a partnership with Alliance Meeting Company.
Alliance Meeting undertakes to book a room corresponding to your criteria, in your chosen hotel or in a hotel with identical standing, without any booking fees.
If you are interested in this service, please indicate your accommodation preferences when registering online.
Then, Alliance Meeting will contact you to guarantee the booking (confirmation and transmission of your credit card number).

Proposed Hotels

The Lyon Convention centre is located in Lyon city center. It can be easily reached by local transport or by car.
We propose you hotels in three areas. 25 to 40 minutes are necessary to join the Convention Centre by local transport form the two first districts.

• The “Part-Dieu” district and the left-bank of the Rhône River which have the most important hotel offer (Bus lines C1 and n°4).
• The historic city centre, more pleasant, accessible from the Convention Centre with a direct bus line (n°58).
• The “Hôtel de la Cité”, nearby the Convention Centre, in the smart district between the Rhône River and the Tête d’Or Park and finally the “Reine Astrid” hotel located at ten minutes by foot.

Booking and cancelling terms

Booking, modification and cancelling terms
The booking terms are different from one hotel to another. Alliance Meeting will inform you on the terms of the selected hotel. For any modification, please contact ALLIANCE MEETING and not the hotel.

Payment
The stay has to be paid to the hotel on departure. Your credit card will not be debited when booking. The credit card number will only be used to guarantee the booking. For some hotels, you may be asked to make a one-night down payment (by credit card or by check).
