These proceedings are brought out in the framework of IS.Rivers 2012, 1st international conference on Integrative Sciences and sustainable development of rivers in Lyon - France, from June 26-28, 2012. It is is the electronic version of the papers presented during the IS.Rivers 2012 conference.

In 2012, almost 170 communications were presented : 100 oral communications and 70 posters. They are representative of the research and innovative operations conducted internationally (around 30 countries were represented).

For each conference, the papers are available by author or by session via the table of contents. Acrobat Reader software has to be installed to access the communications that are in pdf version. To download acrobat reader from free: http://www.adobe.com.

The papers are written in French and/or in English. With this English version, you will have access to all the communications, including the ones written in French. Please note that an abstract in both languages is available on the first page of each communication.

We hope that this organization of the information will make it as easy as possible for everyone to access the information needed, to identify the key-persons at international level able to answer your demands of information or request of collaboration.
