In this email, we also sent you your I.S.Rivers fast-pass, which we kindly ask you to print to facilitate your entrance to the Lyon 2 University. Are you unable to print it? Don't worry! All you will need to do is give your name at the Lyon 2 welcome desk.
Then check-in at the conference welcome desk to get your named badge. The following days, only your badge will be needed to enter the University. Please make sure to keep your badge with you at all times during the conference.

The gala dinner is taking place at Le Selcius restaurant (Confluence area) :

Access from the Lyon 2 University: Tramway T1 (towards ‘Debourg’), stop at "Hôtel de Région-Montrochet", followed by a 10-minute walk (ie. a 20-min journey in total).
After the evening: the last T1 Tramway departures at 00:13 from the “Hôtel de Région-Montrochet” stop. Beware, most of the Lyon metro lines close around midnight.

How to come to the Lyon 2 University
EASY-LYON PUBLIC TRANSPORT (TCL)
The Lumière Lyon 2 University is served by the tramways line T1 and T2.

From 'Lyon Perrache' station (approx. journey time 10 to 15 minutes):
Follow the 'Métro Tramway' signs. You then have 3 options:
1. Take tramline T2, in the direction of 'St Priest Bel Air' and get off at 'Centre Berthelot'.
2. Take tramline T1, in the direction of 'IUT Feyssine' and get off at 'Quai Claude Bernard'.
3. Then just walk up to the university: once you are outside the station, follow the tramline and cross the river. Walk along 'avenue Berthelot', you will see the 'Institut des Sciences de l'Homme' (Institute of Human Sciences) on your right and 'rue Pasteur' on your left.
From 'Lyon Part-Dieu' station (approx. journey time 20 minutes):
Use the 'Vivier Merle' exit and take the 'Ligne B' tube in the direction of 'Gare d'Oullins', then get off at 'Saxe Gambetta' tube station. Then, take the 'Ligne D' tube in the direction of 'Gare de Vaise': get off at 'Guillotière' tube station. Leave the tube and take a tramway, 'Debourg' direction: get off at 'Rue de l'Université'. You will see the University right in front of you.
VELO'V: RENT A SELF-SERVICE BICYCLE
You may rent bicycles via the 'VéloV' self-service, which you can use at your convenience (www.velov.grandlyon.com).
You will find many 'VéloV' docking stations in central Lyon. You can buy an access card valid for one day [short time] for 1.5€. The first half hour is free.
You can easily use these bikes in central Lyon, also around the Part-Dieu area, and use them to join the venue of the conference. Docking stations near the university: “Universités Claude Bernard” on the quai Claude Bernard; “Marseille / Université” at the corner of 'rue de l’Université' and 'rue de Marseille'.
The Lyon 2 University (Campus des Berges du Rhône) is located in the city centre of Lyon (in the 7th district), it is well indicated but it is difficult to park.
The Berthelot parking lot (99 rue de Marseille) is situated near the university (paid parking).
The conference venue is also easily accessible by foot (by walking on the new river banks of the Rhone River for instance).
